Kristin is a seasoned Human Resources Professional and consultant specializing in employee relations, leave and absence management, compliance, and talent operations. With nearly two decades of experience across higher education, healthcare, technology, and financial services, she has supported organizations ranging from global enterprises to academic institutions, partnering closely with leadership, legal teams, and employees to deliver compliant, people-centered HR solutions.
Currently, Kristin serves as an HR Consultant and Freelance Resume Writer with Revolutionary Resume, where she helps job seekers strengthen their resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to compete effectively in today’s job market. Her consulting background includes roles with Northwestern Medicine, Comcast, and the University of Chicago, where she provided expertise in absence management, compensation and benefits analysis, HRIS systems, auditing and reporting, and leave and disability accommodations.
Earlier in her career, Kristin held senior HR leadership roles at The Ohio State University and Lewis University, overseeing full-cycle HR operations, recruiting, employee relations, visa and immigration processes, performance management, and workforce planning. She brings a strong foundation in data analytics and project management. She excels at a collaborative, pragmatic approach to supporting both organizations and individuals. She holds dual BA degrees in Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs and Political Science from Miami University.
